Oak edged glued panels

Forest Trade produces edged glued panels and other glued products from solid oak wood.

The production the equipment is supplied by a leading manufacturer of woodworking machinery Weining Gruppe. The technology line is designed from the Weining Gruppe as well.

Forest Trade manufactures 2 types of edge glued panels:

  • Finger-joint edge glued panels – the oak elements are joint both on the length and width;
  • Continuous lamellas edge glued panels – the oak elements are joint on the width only;

The use of ready edge glued panels in furniture manufacturing has the following advantages:

  • The production cycle is shorter;
  • The yield is increased;

All prices are ex-works 2228, Prolesha, VAT included

  • Quality “A” – knots and sap-wood are not allowed; Some small “eyes” up to 5 mm are tolerated; uniform color;
  • Quality “B” – small sound knots are acceptable; sap-wood is not allowed;
  • Quality “C” – filled knots are allowed; sap-wood up to 10% of the surface;

The quality description is for the better face of the panel.

The panels are filled and sanded.

Forest Trade manufactures panels with dimensions in accordance with client’s request. For panels with dimensions different than the listed above, the price is 20% up.
